Shipping Policy

Your order will ship within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your items have shipped with USPS tacking information. Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on the weekends or on a Holiday will ship on the following business day. Standard shipping rates will apply. USPS delivery is typically within 3-7 days.

 

Exchange/Return Policy

We are happy to return or exchange any unopened merchandise up to 10 days after the package is delivered. Send your return request to customerservice@islasimone.com and include a proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email). Your request must include the reason for your return and/or exchange. All returned products must be in its original packaging. We are not able to cover the cost to ship returns but would be happy to ship your exchange at no extra cost to you. Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and will not include shipping fees.

 

Quality Check

We are committed to the quality of all our products. All candles are hand poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality product. Additionally, we provide quality assurance checks on all our orders.  

If there is a problem with your order, we are happy to resolve any issues within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please send an email to customerservice@islasimone.com and include details of the problem and if possible, images of the defective product. A member of our team will contact you to resolve your issue.

Why is the Blessed Candle out of stock?

Our Blessed Candle is a seasonal scent that is poured September – December each year.

Can I place a custom candle order?
